GeneaRoute is being built around consent, source attribution, and data minimization.
Initial scope
The public beta searches public provider data. It does not collect or store DNA data. Private trees, uploaded files, provider tokens, and living-person records require separate controls before those features can launch.
Operational data
Flygon LC may process account details, billing identifiers, API usage, research queries, and security logs to operate the service. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored directly by GeneaRoute.
Your controls
Users should be able to export or delete private workspace data, disconnect providers, and report sensitive information. Production retention periods and contact details will be published before paid accounts open.
